Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS): Free and confidential services for all University of Michigan students, including, but not limited to, counseling services, workshops, and health screenings.

Maize and Blue Cupboard: Provides free, healthy food to the University of Michigan community. Also provides resources to connect to other Michigan programs. 

Office of Student Conflict Resolution: provides a safe and scholarly community in which students navigate conflict in a peaceful, socially just, and self-reflective manner

Wolverine Support Network (WSN): empowers Michigan students to create an inclusive community and support each other’s identity, mental well-being, and day-to-day lives

Crisis Text Line: Free, anonymous, 24/7 support from a trained Crisis Counselor, no matter the scale of the issue.
